The interactive Discovering DisAbility Program improves participant engagement with people with disabilities by:
•Identifying the social and business benefits for proactive inclusion of people with disabilities
•Recognising both physical and social barriers to inclusion
•Building an understanding of the challenges experienced by people with disabilities through practical activities that test senses, mental ability and physical capacity.
•Developing effective techniques to improve communication.
