A Balanced Agenda
This Gender Awareness program addresses current issues of gender bias, expected gender behaviors and current barriers in the workplace for both men and women. Organisations want to attract and keep the best person for the job. Currently, however, there is a disproportionate attrition of women from ‘masculine’ workplaces and men from ‘feminine’ workplaces. In addition, women do not ascend to leadership roles to the same degree as men. This program analyses statistics, identifies causes and instigates action planning to improve recruitment, engagement and retention of prized candidates.
