Diversity by Design
Designing workplaces for success:
Leveraging diversity and realising collective potential
As an aspect of diversity, generational difference seems to attract the most overt bias. Disgruntled employees often feel justified in holding and expressing discriminatory beliefs about other generations.
Generational conflict is understandable when we recognise that each generation is born into different social environments, cultural values and expectations. This program educates participants in the trends and reasons for difference between generations and builds bridges of acceptance, empathy and understanding.
