Leading Diverse Teams
The Leading Diverse Teams program is specifically designed to assist leaders and managers to improve communication and understanding of their diverse workforce to increase morale and productivity. There are two levels of the program:
Leading Diversity
This program improves leadership skills to enable effective engagement of all team members by examining diversity strategies, identification of dominant organisational culture and awareness of cultural and social barriers.
Inclusive Leadership: Foundations and Future
This program provides a deeper consolidation of diversity knowledge and skills through analysis of research and identification of social/cultural barriers. Participants instigate action planning to improve recruitment, development and retention of talented, diverse staff.
